The Goethe-Institut screens the documentary "Carte Blanche" in the context of Goethe's weekly film screening.
A film by Heidi Specogna about the trial against Jean-Pierre Bemba. It is the only documentary in which the film crew was allowed to accompany the court investigators on their journey in the country.
