Life Mu City is a panel discussion on language in Kampala, focussing on linguistic style. Vol. 3 will engage the notion of `Ugandan English´ or `UG-lish´, its development and its role in society. How can we distinguish between Ugandan English and other new languages in the region and on the continent? How can we discuss Ugandan English in relation to identity?
