By a cooperation process, six artists and filmmakers in five countries have developed with women workers their a mingled representation of work. Each one filmed in his/her country.

The artist / filmmaker share the culture of women interviewed, preserve their sights given by the words, the gestures and also their attitudes. To take away the stereotype, prejudice, anything could occured to the writing of the film. We have 120 hours of rush and finally two films were made. First a short film in 2012 "women workers? " and then in 2013, a feature film "Travailleuses...".
