British born filmmaker, cinematographer, producer and film editor, of Nigerian background.

Chidi NOBI is a film director, cinematographer, producer and film editor.

He is known for "BLM Voices" (2021, Director / Cinematographer / Producer), "Hu.mans" (2016, Director), "Madonna - Welcome to the World of Madame X" (2019, Cinematographer).



Chidi Nobi is a British born filmmaker/photographer of Nigerian background. He studied at Middlesex University in London and got an MFA from Syracuse University. New York.
Chidi has lived and worked in such diverse places as France, Panama, USA, Haiti, Iraq, Brazil and Japan. He is based in NYC.
His most recent work has been directing a series of short films covering the Black Lives Matter movement entitled "BLM Stories"
​His previous works include the award winning "Hu.mans" documentary series and cinematographer on Madonna's "Welcome to the World of Madame X" currently streaming on Amazon Prime
