The flower and its nectar by Christina Goh

With the first title "Fleur d'eau (Water Flower) of the album "Nectar!" Christina Goh confirms that she is a free artist.

Guided by an artisanal and meticulous conception of the musical art, she does not however forget the rest of the world, leads us, exposes with modesty one of the absolute taboos of our societies, that of suicide.
In "Fleur d'eau", unveiled on September 10, 2020, World Suicide Prevention Day, the vocalist and performer makes us vibrate to the sound of the poem of the same name by Marceline Desbordes-Valmore. The enhancement of the work of the 19th century French woman of letters who lived in Guadeloupe, could not be more anchored in this 21st century with a realization diffused on the Net, a musical short film by Baptiste Auffray, between time travel and fantasy world. Accompanied by psychedelic guitars played by the Bostonian rock instrumentalist Catherine Capozzi and by the surprising accordion playing of jazzman Maxime Perrin, the composer illustrates the title by featuring the medieval troupe of Les Passeurs de Légendes in the middle of a state forest.
A song that sets the tone for the album Nectar! (Ut Fortis Cast Recording) which features American saxophonist Noah Preminger, the synthetist Mary Bichner and French artists Jacques Moury-Beauchamp and David Perraudin.
The opus is announced on October 9, 2020, an album that traces the essence of the Ut Fortis show for the prevention of suicide and is released by Plaza Mayor Company Ltd. Based in Hong Kong, London and Montreal.

In Christina Goh's world, there are visibly and audibly no more borders, just the troubling interiority of our lives from the perspective of the one who has been nicknamed "the black pearl of Afro-blues".
