This year the festival will show a selection of recent films from all the regions of the continent with a particular focus on North Africa.
Filmmakers must guarantee, should their film / video be selected, that permission from the rights holder are secured for a minimum of 2 screenings at this Festival.
The deadline for submissions is 31 July 2009
