Set in the final months of 1995, at a university campus in Johannesburg. While most students are finishing up with their final exams, a Nigerian student tries to raise awareness about the pending execution of the Nigerian writer and activist, Ken Saro Wiwa. He hatches a plan to hijack the university radio station, and broadcast a program via cell phone to Nigeria. However, there are several problems in the way, including getting people to co-operate with his plan.
