The 4th session of Takmil Workshop will be held on November 6th, 7th and 8th 2017 during the 28th session of Carthage Film Festival.
Takmil aims to enable African and Arab filmmakers to confront their films in the stage of post-production to the expertise of an international jury.
Through the three days, after the screening of the selected working copies, each director will discuss his/her film with the jury members.
The jury will allocate post-production grants to the most promising films.
The film presented must be in post-production and their directors must be from African or Arab countries.
Are eligible feature fictions and creative documentaries of minimum 60 minutes final length.
Rough cuts must be of a minumum of 40 minutes length.
Submitted copies must be subtitled in English.
A director can participate with only one project.
A producer can participate with maximum two projects.
The deadline for online submissions is 1 September 2017.
