The South African Cultural Observatory's (SACO) conference is set to take place at the Turbine Hall in Johannesburg over the 24th and 25th of May 2017, coinciding with Africa Day celebrations on the 25th of May. The conference will unite diverse figures from the arts and cultural scene across the continent in order to showcase African ways of thinking, innovations, best practices and case studies in order to build a better understanding of the ways in which the African creative economy is developing.
