Amal TEMMAR (امال الثمار) is an Actress and Screenwriter.

male Temmar made her artistic debut in Salé, her hometown, in the "Club de l'Enfance Populaire". At the age of ten, she entered the world of television, then the world of theater years later.
She then joined an art and theatrical management troupe in Salé and performed in several plays: "A woman and four men", "Al-Hussein Al-Salawi", "The death of Cleopatra", for which she won several awards.
She joined the Faculty of Letters of Rabat, English section, then the national theater troupe at the age of seventeen where she played in front of the big names in theater of the time.
Amal Temmar has participated in several plays, including: "Hafeed Mabrouk", "Rahout", "The Merchant of Venice", "Al-Hakim Qanqun", "The Judge of the Year", "Money and shop", and in all the national epics: "The Alliance 1 and 2", "The Authenticity Credit", "The march and us" and the epic "Here is Morocco" in Cairo, which inaugurated the Egyptian opera, as well as in several television films, such as "Sir Al-Banieh", which was entirely shot in Salé, and several series, such as "Aziza", "Good hearts", "Houses of fire", "Dwayer Al-Zaman ", "The Big House" and "Wlad Al-Nas". All the plays, films, series and sitcoms in which she has participated are the works of great directors of national and Arab fame, such as Abdellatif Dachraoui, Abdessamad Dinia, Abdel Majid Fneish, Hassan Al-Jundi, Jamal Al-Dakhisi, Tayeb Saddiki, Hammadi Amor, Chakib Benomar, Ahmed Haidar, Farida Bourquia and Mohamed Lotfi.
Actress Amal Temmar has also participated in series and films with young directors, such as Brahim Chkiri, Hakim Kababi, Driss Roukhe, Khaled Ibrahimi, Gamila Al-Burji, Abdellah Ferkous, Moncef Nazihi, Alaa Akaboun, Mohammed Qasayeb, Ali Al-Majboud and Laila Triki.
Cinematographically, Amal Temmar has participated in several works by Moroccan and foreign directors: "Iqab" film by Hisham Ain Al-Hayat, "Abdo chez les Almohades" and "Le clandestine" by Said Naciri, "Silence aloud" by Driss Idrissi, "Torah", "Laila de Calicia au Maroc" a Spanish production and "The Dance of the Monster" by Majid Lahcen.
Alongside art, Amal acts in an associative context, notably for the association "Touche pas à mon enfant". She writes several screenplays to break taboos, in collaboration with Moroccan and foreign artists. She has several short films to her credit on YouTube: "La petite servante" with Mohammad Atifi, Jamal Laababsi, Fatima Boushan and Bouder, "Marriage Mineurs" with Egyptian artist Hisham Abdel Hamid, "Le studio" with Salah Eddine Benmoussa, "Sbitar Al Houma" with artist Nezha Regragui, "Circumcision" with Ater and Naima Elias, "The Boys" with Egyptian artist Hassan Hosni and Bouchra Ahrich, "Scooter" with Abdelkader Moutaa, and soon an Indian production with the artist Shahrukh Khan.
Actress Amal also wrote an awareness song entitled "Bghina Al Hayat", performed and composed by the artists: Abdel Wahab Doukkali, Al Bachir Abdo, Abdelali El Ghaoui, Majda El Yahyaoui, Najat Rajaoui, Fatima Tihihit, Adel Zerhouni, late Amouri Mubarak, Fatima Zahra Laâroussi and Tahi Family, arrangement by artist Rachid Regragui and Luisa Balich in French.
Amal has also participated in international forums to represent Moroccan women in several countries.

بدايتها الفنية من مدينة سلا، بنادي الطفولة الشعبية. ولجت عالم التلفزيون في سن العاشرة، ثم المسرح بعد سنوات
التحقت بعد ذلك بفرقة هواة الفن السلاوية والتأطير المسرحي، وأدت ادوار مختلفة بعدة مسرحيات: "امرأة وأربع رجال"، "الحسين السلاوي"، "مصرع كليوباترا"، وحصلت على جوائز تقديرية
التحقت بكلية الأدب بالرباط شعبة الانجليزية، وبعدها بفرقة المسرح الوطني وعمرها لا يتعدى السابعة عشرة، ووقفت امام عمالقة المسرح آنذاك
شاركت امال التمار في عدة مسرحيات نذكر منها: "حفيد مبروك"، "الرهوط"، "تاجر البندقية"، "الحكيم قنقون"، "قاضي الحلقة"، "المال والمحال"، وفي كل الملحمات الوطنية: "العهد 1و2″، "رصيد الاصالة"، "المسيرة ونحن" وملحمة "هنا المغرب" في القاهرة التي افتتحت بها دار الاوبرا المصرية، وكذا عدة افلام تلفزيونية كـ "سير بالنية" صور بالكامل بسلا، ومسلسلات عديدة كـ "عزيزة"، "قلوب طيبة"، "بيوت من نار"، "دواير الزمان"، "الدار الكبيرة"، "ولاد الناس". وكل المسرحيات والأفلام والمسلسلات والسيتكومات لمخرجين ومخرجات لهن صيت وطنيا وعربيا، كـ عبد اللطيف الدشراوي، عبد الصمد دينيا، عبد المجيد فنيش، حسن الجندي، جمال الدخيسي، الطيب الصديقي، حمادي عمور، شكيب بنعمر، أحمد حيدر، فريدة بورقية ومحمد لطفي
وتوالت مشاركة الفنانة أمال التمار في المسلسلات والأفلام مع مخرجين من الجيل الجديد، ابراهيم الشكيري، حكيم قبابي، ادريس الروخ، خالد ابراهيمي، جميلة البرجي، عبد الله فركوس، منصف نزيهي، علاء اكعبون، محمد قصايب، علي المجبود وليلى التريكي
وسينمائيا شاركت الفنانة أمال التمار في أعمال لمخرجين مغاربة وأجانب: فيلم "عقاب" لهشام عين الحياة، "عبدو في ضيافة الموحدين" و"الحمالة" لسعيد الناصري، "الصمت بصوت عال" لإدريس الادريسي، "التوراة"، "ليلى من كاليسيا الى المغرب" انتاج اسباني و"رقصة الوحش" لمجيد لحسن
موازاة مع الفن تشتغل امال في العمل الجمعوي وبالأخص منظمة "ما تقيش ولدي"، وكتبت عدة سيناريوهات لكسر الطابوهات بمشاركة فنانين مغاربة و اجانب، ولها افلام قصيرة على اليوتيوب: "الخادمة الصغيرة" مع محمد عاطفي وجمال لعبابسي وفاطمة بوشان وبودر، "زواج القاصرات" مع الفنان المصري هشام عبد الحميد، "الاستوديو" مع صلاح الدين بنموسى، "سبيطار الحومة" مع الفنانة نزهة الركراكي، "الختانة" مع عاطر ونعيمة الياس، "الاولاد فين" مع الفنان المصري حسن حسني وبشرى اهريش، "السكوتر" مع عبد القادر مطاع، وقريبا انتاج هندي مع الفنان شاروخان
كما ألفت الفنانة امال اغنية تحسيسية بعنوان "بغينا الحياة" من اداء وتلحين الفنانين: عبد الوهاب الدكالي، البشير عبدو، عبد العالي الغاوي، ماجدة اليحياوي، نجاة الرجوي، فاطمة تحيحيت، عادل الزرهوني، المرحوم عموري مبارك، فاطمة الزهراء لعروسي وتهي فاميلي من توزيع الفنان رشيد الركراكي، ولويزا باليش بالفرنسية
وشاركت الفنانة امال أيضا في ملتقيات دولية لتمثيل المرأة المغربية في عدة دول
