Angela Tiatia is a talented actor and artist residing in New Zealand but originally from Samoa.
As a multimedia artist, Tiatia explores structures and exchanges of power - at an interpersonal, group and international level - and how these interactions affect identity, with particular consideration to their impact on the commercialisation and representation of the Pacific.
Her work has been exhibited in Köln, Singapore, LosAngeles, San Francisco, New York, Mexico City, Honolulu and throughout Australia and New Zealand. Tiatia is represented by Alcaston Gallery in Melbourne, Australia.
