Fadal was born in 1966 in Central Sudan, though he is a contemporary visual artist based in Kenya. He graduated in 1995 from Sudan University of Science and Technology with a degree in graphic design.
Fadal is a professional painter at Go Down Arts center here in Kenya. He has done exhibitions in Tulifanya Arts Gallery in Uganda in 2001, Siver Fox gallery in London and Nairobi Arts Fair held at Ramona gallery in Kenya.
He works are part of private collections in France, USA, Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Netherlands, Sweden and Canada.
