Fatoumata BATHILY is an trainer and film director.
She is known for TAAJABONE (2021, Director).

Educator who has been working in the school and cultural environment since 1997. Passionate about reading and writing, she started writing short stories at a very young age.
In 2014, she wrote an animated series of 13 episodes (the adventures of Kady and Djudju) which earned her a selection for scriptwriting training by EUNIC, FOPICA, the Direction de la Cinématographie and Cinekap.

Her short fiction TAAJABONE won the remporte the Annette Mbaye d'Erneville National Grand Prize, at 2021 Dakar Court FilmFest (Senegal)
