Ghanain filmmaker and Animator.

Francis Yushau Brown, also known as AnimaxFYB, started drawing when he was five (5) years of age and was motivated by his Dad who bought him drawing papers to practice on and motivated him to pursue his gift. He pursued his talent at St John's senior high School, Sekondi where he majored in the visual arts program and was adjudged the best visual arts student in his batch.

He enrolled at Nafti in the year 2010 and is currently in his final year. He's majoring in Animation and has already begun to stand tall in his chosen field of specialization. His level 300 "Agradaa", a five (5) minute animation, has been awarded by Klik! Amsterdam Animation Festival in the "Emerging Animation Countries" category making him the first NAFTI student to achieve such a laurel.

Francis Yushua Brown aspires to create a Disney-like Animation in Ghana and Africa at large. He draws his influence and inspiration from Dc comics and Walt Disney animated Features. He's further challenging himself to be one of the first animators, if not the first, to use animation to document Ghana's History in his high spec final year production which promises to be another award winner.
