Senior regional director of cinema, festival director and French academic.
Jean-Claude RULLIER directed the Pole of artistic education and training in cinema and audiovisual of the Poitou-Charentes Cinema region. Lecturer in African cinemas, at the Performing Arts department of the University of Poitiers, he founded and directed the former Loudun African Film Festival (near Poitiers).
He was several times member or president of the jury of Ciné Sud de Cozes (Festival of African short films). Jean-Claude Rullier is a member of the Poitiers Film Festival selection committee.
