Mauli Junior Bonner is a first time Writer, Director, and Producer. His background is in music as a Grammy award-winning songwriter. Before trying his hand in film Mauli worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry. It was the touching true story of a young slave that inspired Mauli to write the screenplay, Green Flake.
