Momez Jobo was born on Erromango island in Vanuatu.  He is an artist of tapa and sculpture works.

In 1985, he was part of the Nawita Association, and he has participated in a number of exhibitions locally and abroad.  Many of his works can be seen at exhibitions held at the Espace Culturel Français in Port Vila.

His tapas artwork represents the kastoms and cultures of his island and he is proud to represent Vanuatu and Oceanian art.
