Mr. Brief is a Ugandan male rapper and song writer. He began his music career in 2004. He raps in his local direct commonly known as 'Jap' from Eastern Uganda. In 2009 he released a song entitled 'Chango Chango' meaning, 'long time ago' in which he featured Skid Major and Kul Pax. He has had performed at several gigs like the Street Jam, Bayimba Regional Festival and Orange Carnival in 2008 in Mbale among others. He has also performed in the regional festivals organized by Bayimba Cultural Foundation in Mbale for Eastern Uganda in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
