The Decolonial Film Festival returns for its second edition from May 12 to 25, 2025, in Île-de-France. Driven by collective organization, it highlights films exploring colonial history, resistance, and power dynamics. The program is structured around five themes: Heritage, Diasporas, Resistance, Spirituality, and Love. The festival will open with Soundtrack to a Coup d'État by Johan Grimonprez at Le Luxy cinema in Ivry. Screenings will take place in several partner venues, with musical evenings adding to the event's atmosphere.
