Organised for several years in thematic sections mixing shorts and feature films, MyFrenchFilmFestival offers "Internet festivalgoers" the chance to discover the best of French and Francophone cinema: poignant, talented and innovative films, arranged by theme.



For the previously mentioned films, this year's themes are:

· Français & survoltés / French & Furious

· Intrépide jeunesse / Bold Youth

· Identités bouleversées / Troubled Identities

· Cinéma du désir / A Cinema of Desire

· Histoires de nuit / Night Tales

· Voyage, voyage



Finally, the Kids Corner section returns this year to share the love of French cinema with the youngest viewers thanks to silent animated short films for kids made by young filmmakers freshly graduated from the best French animation schools:

The International Jury will meet during the festival to choose the feature film that will win a prize of €15,000 (for the director, producer and the exporter):

Filippo Meneghetti, Italian director and screenwriter

santiago mitre, Argentinian director, producer and screenwriter

Daphné Patakia, Belgian-Greek actress



The International Press Awards are granted by a jury of foreign journalists.

This year: Carlos Heli De Almeida (film critic for O Globo, Brazil), Jason Salomons (critic for Totally Wired, BBC News, "Seen Any Good Films Lately?", United Kingdom), Alejandra Trelles (journalist for La Diara, Uruguay), Dzevdet Tuzlic (journalist for BHT 1, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Fiona Williams (journalist for SBS Television, Australia) will meet during the festival to vote for their favourite short film and feature film.



Internet users are also invited to vote for their favourite short film and feature film on the festival website.



The Grand Prize of the Jury, the International Press Awards and the Audience Awards will be announced at the end of the festival on 15 February 2021.



Short films will be accessible for free worldwide, while feature films will be available on demand for €1.99 (or €7.99 for a pack).



The festival will be entirely free-of-charge in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, South Korea, Poland, Romania and Russia/CIS.



Web users can find the films of the selection on MyFrenchFilmFestival.com, but also on over 70 video-on-demand platforms, which will present the festival internationally, including the Apple TV app (in over 90 territories), Amazon Prime Video, Google Play and MUBI.
