An old French lady is wandering in the streets of Paris and gives advice to the migrants she meets about their coming back to their countries. One day, she meets Kangah, a Black man, and offers to buy him a ticket so he can go home. The young man follows her to her apartment where bailiffs are taking her furniture in front of her daughter. Kangah is told the story of her family : Mrs. Paraizo was married to a political opponent that is retained in Africa. He tries to resist the bailiffs who are in fact special agents from the DST (Directorate of Territorial Surveillance) and becomes crazy.
