A teenage girl struggles to fit into a team of Soca support dancers. Her first chance on stage becomes a night of difficult choices, but also of possibilities for an exciting new future. Director Maya Cozier's visually stunning debut feature film is in keeping with a flawlessly feminine sexuality and is ultimately a relentless examination of toxic masculinity.
