Dedza art center is located in the quaint little town on Dedza in central Malawi. It is owned by Henry. Henry Ng`ambe is one of few Malawian with an insatiable desire to manage pollution through recycling. From humble beginnings Henry now runs one of the most successful community based paper recycling centre in Dedza district. Dedza Handmade Art Gallery, as it is called, is a brain child of Henry, realised after being trained by PAMET (Paper Making Trust) in Blantyre for two years. He launched his business in 2001 in his home village of Mpalale and later moved to the current location close to Dedza pottery on old Mayani road.
