Ahmed Hatem studied Media and Sciences before establishing his name as a prominent star in the film industry. He landed his first foray into acting through Awqat Faragh that has won a wide audience and critical acclaim. His repertoire includes a number of successful films; El Kenz: El-Haqiqah wa El-Khayal (The Treasure: Truth and Imagination) and El Kenz 2: Al-Hobb wa Al-Maseer (The Treasure 2: Love and Destiny), El-Haram El-Rabe (The Fourth Pyramid), Qissat Hubb (Love Story) and El Ghassala (The Washing Machine), as well as TV series, including Vertigo, Ladayna Akwalon Okhra (We Have Further Comments), Fo'k Mostawa Elshobohat (Above Suspicion) and Hekayti (My Story). Hatem also stirred a huge buzz with his memorable performance as a Jewish guy in the TV hit Haret El Yahoud (The Jewish Quarter). His latest works include the upcoming films: Qamar 14 (Full Moon) and El Serb. Also, currently, he is shooting the films Arosty and Ashiq, as well as the upcoming TV drama Shaqa 6 that is slated to premiere in Ramadan this year 2021.
