Ayuub has worked on several large film projects in Rwanda and Uganda as Location Manager - including the award winning The Last King of Scotland, and Shake Hands With the Devil.

He has trained in film-making with the help of the Rwanda Cinema Centre - established by Eric Kabera - and his films Graduation Day and Hey, Mr DJ have played all around Africa.

Ayuub also co-ordinates the Hillywood Festival - a travelling rural film festival which is a major component of the Rwanda Film Festival, and which has been profiled by the BBC and Sight & Sound.

He is Development Co-ordinator for Africa United (Debs Garder-Paterson, 2010)
