Michée Nsunzu Tshimanga was trained in film and theatre directing in 2009 with professionals of the Congolese National Radio and TV (RTNC). He then directed a TV drama series "Théâtre de chez nous". From 2007 to 2009, he attended many training sessions including that on documentary directing and editing with CIFAP, producer of his third documentary "La maraîchère de nuit". His documentary "Mantuila, un fou de la guitare" was nominated at FESPACO 2015.
