Director at the Muda Africa / Time 2 Dance programme. a non-profit organisation which gives professional training to Tanzanian youth in the fields of music and dance. Time 2 Dance is the name of all its dance activities including the festival in Dar-es-salaam.
Rachel is also the director at Mawazo Contemporary Art Centre, a center that creates spaces for Tanzanian, African and International artists to research, produce and exhibit their Art.
