Likongwe is a Lecturer at the University of Malawi the Concellor Collage, He is in the department of the arts. At the University he established theatre group as the bases to teach theatre production at the collage. The group is called Chanco traveling Theatre. The group has performed in different venues includung at Blantyre Arts Festival since 2010 in Malawi.
He also organise workshops and training programs with various arts practitioners across the country in order to develop the creative industry in Malawi.
The knowlegde he impact to the students will eventuary develop into career for those students after their collage studies.
