Alfons most recently executive produced the feature film, BEAT THE WORLD, written/directed by Robert Adetuyi (STOMP THE YARD), scheduled to be released in 2011. His directorial credits include episodes of the gritty medical drama JOZI H, the critically acclaimed EKHAYA: A FAMILY CHRONICLE (CBC/SABC), and the Gemini nominated SURVIVORS (CBC); he also served as executive producer on JOZI H and EKHAYA. He executive produced the Gemini Award-winning SKIN DEEP (Oxygen and SLICE) and the drama series NORTH/SOUTH (CBC). He produced the documentary feature GANESH, BOY WONDER, which screened at the 2009 Hot Docs International Documentary Festival and the Montreal Film Festival. HIGH CHICAGO (2010) is his first full-length feature film.
