Frank Nkhoma is arts practitioner working under the ministry of Tourism arts and culture. He has been one of the team leader of the ministry operations as regards to arts and cultural activities in Malawi.
He works hand in hand with various arts Festival and make sure that the programs for the Festivals are included in the Government agendas. Frank works tirelessly to the development of arts and culture where he visit different arts groups in Malawi and encourage them to be involved in the creative industry in Malawi.
