Founder and director of Maturity Music and Caribbean Music Group, based in Trinidad for the past 15 year. Jean Michel Gibert first created the label "Rituals" and is responsible for major international hits (Follow The Leader, Sweet Soca Music, Nookie).

In 2004, his activities were completed by film production and he co-produced the 90 mn documentary Calypso @ Dirty Jim's which was awarded at many international festivals (check http;//www.calypso-at-dirty-jims.com).

The film was followed by "Soca Power in Trinidad", 60 mn in HD sound 5.1, and his upcoming project "Rose, Calypso Diva" about Calypso Rose, an artist from his label signed to Harmonia Mundi (with a label deal from Europe).

In 2008, he ventured in the digital world with the creation of trinidadtunes.com, the first legal download site, strong of the largest repertoire of Trinidad and fast growing towards being the number one Caribbean site.
