Kondwani Kamiyala is a joumalist with The Nation newspaper. KendWani has written many short stories and some of them have been published in the Malawi News and Weekend Nation. 'In 2004. Kondwani's story won first- prize in the Peer Gynt Literary Awards, The Meeting won a book prize in the 2008 F MB/MAWU Literary Awards.
