Botswana

Born in Serowe, Botswana 30 years ago, Mathe Kebofhe started photography at the age of 17, taking pictures of students, weddings and relatives while still at high school.
In 1996, he moved on to a more profound photography and opened a photo studio, specialising in corporate functions and parties. A year later, he relocated to Gaborone, capital city of Botswana where he began free-lancing for various magazines and other publications.
He joined the photography department of Mmegi newspaper in 2002, a job he still retains to date.
