Stanislaus Olonde, better known as Stano, has been a cartoonist since the early 1990s. In 1992 he became the editorial cartoonist at The People, since then he has worked at The Daily Nation and Taifa Leo. Stano's work has also been exhibited internationally at the 'Matite Africane' exhibition in Italy in 2002. He is well known for his comic book, Gitonga, published in 1996.
