"Culture and employment: what kind of Cultural Industry do we want for Africa? "

This is the topic that brought together several cultural actors from Africa and Europe in Segou, including Nadia Nkwaya, Arterial Network's Research Manager, who gave a presentation on "Craft at the heart of the Creative Economy: stakes and priorities." The meeting was part of a colloquium organised during the 11th Festival sur le Niger held from 4 to 8 February 2015 in Mali.
