About Vijana na Equity

At Equity Bank Kenya, we believe that young people can make positive change in society given the necessary support and opportunity to unlock their potential. Our goal is to seek-out, harness and develop real talent among our youth; we want to walk with the youth as they tap into their talent and transform it into viable income earning endeavors that will empower them.

That is why we came up with the Vijana na Equity initiative: an online, nation-wide talent search that invites artists to showcase their unique abilities within our broad categories. A panel of judges, experienced in each field that we shall venture into, will moderate in the selection of winners. We will also involve you, through public voting, to contribute in making a decision on the most talented artist…may the best one win!

In addition to exciting prizes, the winners will get the opportunity to be trained for free on Financial Management, so that they can improve on their financial management skills necessary in growing and expanding their businesses.

In our first edition, we shall celebrate budding fashion designers. So if you are passionate about fashion and are looking for your big breakthrough, sign up today and take the first step to making your dreams come true.
