Senegalese people discovered this serial on Cfi-Tv. Today the names of Siriki, Souké, Faty, Salif are well known by Senegalese spectators, and the other African TV channels.
They are performing in Théâtre Daniel Sorano, in Dakar, on Saturday january 10th, alongside with the performance of musicians such as Fallou Dieng, Abdou Guité seck and Missia Saran Diabaté, a singer coming from Guinea.
Asked why they had chosen Dakar to start their 2004 tour, Salif replied that "An African who refuses to come to Dakar, refuses to get in touch with his own background". And he added that "they were eager to come to Dakar, Senegal".
