This meeting gave the participants the opportunity to change the FITHEB into an independent body involving the State, the Civil Society and other partners.The FITHEB is an event which takes place every two years in Benin and which comprises theatre groups and companies, stage actors and stage experts coming from the other African countries and the other continents.
