Moussa is a promising young Senegalese boxer. In the ghetto, he works hard to help his family while simultaneously leading tough training sessions with his coach, Mamadou Dramé, a former African-American heavyweight boxer. Moussa has only one objective, to qualify for the next African championships to represent his country's colours. His determination reflects that of an entire people, where on the ring as well as in the street, the fight that is held is for a better life.
