Passed down from one generation to the next and practiced by women, the crafts of pottery remain a true way of life in the village of Sé in South-East Benin. However, despite its important place in the life of the village, this ritual is more and more threatened by the introduction of new materials such as tinplate, aluminum and plastic. The activity is showcased in this documentary that follows all the steps of the production of these containers.
