On 18th of April 2008, Kulungwana opened its Artistic Space "Sala de Espera" at the Central Railway Station (CFM). The space is used to showcase art and organise cultural events and to promote national artists. Kulungwana has organized solo and collective art exhibitions, including, painting, sculpture, ceramics and photography. The space has also hosted book launches and concerts, including Xiquitsi, Training Project for Orchestras and Choirs.
