The Balmoral Club, set in a lushly landscaped garden, is the central point for the phased development of The Balmoral – the gated community that will surround it.

The long, curving drive takes you to the grand portico entrance of this eighteen-room mansion with its original, beautifully worked bronze front doors. Inside the spacious hall an elegant, floating, spiral staircase ascends two stories to the main level of the Club evoking old movie memories of Scarlet O'Hara sweeping down similar stairs in Gone With the Wind.

Originally built as a private stately family home, it has been carefully preserved and maintained since that time and has retained its original features both inside and out amongst which are fireplaces, enormous windows and carved wood embellishments.

The house has been lovingly redesigned and transformed to reflect our vision for the Balmoral Club. All of the furnishings and accessories have been carefully chosen to allow the past to meet the present with an elegant combination of graciousness and functionality. This very special ambience allows you to relax and pursue your interests with family and friends in a safe, relaxed and private environment.

Adhering to our commitment to make ecologically sound choices, the Balmoral Club will continue to be "green" utilizing seagrass flooring throughout and keeping existing windows and fireplaces. All the major trees in the garden have been preserved, as well as the mulched undergrowth for future re-use. The existing swimming pool has been maintained and the cottage on the property serves as the new Pro Shop for The Mark Knowles Tennis Centre.
