Clifford "Bobart" Scott was born in Westmoreland, Jamaica. He wanted to be an artist from an early age, and spent many hours at school doodling in his books. He is a farmer, and his work often depicts the market women of Jamaica, and the lush fruits and vegetation of the quiet countryside where he lives.
