Born April 9, 1988 to Cotonou at Benin father a former chief public treasure and a teacher mother.
I did my primary education Natitingou Kétou and Ewe. My high school in Dogbo, Djakotomey, Aplahoué and Cotonou and end my studies in Parakou University where I got my professional degree in Public Health and Epidemiological Surveillance.
