Kimberley was born in 1980 in Kingston, Jamaica. Painting and drawing have been her passion from an early age but it was not until 2003 that she decided to devote herself completely to art. Leaving her Biology career in Florida, Kimberley moved back to Jamaica to paint. She was immediately inspired by her home and her people, focusing mainly on landscapes, seascapes and portraits.

One year after returning to Jamaica Kimberley had her first solo exhibition. The following year Kimberley had her second show which sold out. In search of developing her artistic scope and exposure to new mediums, Kimberley applied to and attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2006, under a partial Silas H. Rhodes Scholarship to study Fine Art for two years. During this time she discovered her love for figurative drawing, painting and sculpture.

Since 2003 Kimberley has participated in many art fairs, festivals and auctions in Jamaica and the US including the annual Jamaicans for Justice Charity Auction, the Pineapple Ball Charity Auction and Chefs against Childhood Cancer (Florida). Over 250 original pieces of Kimberley's work have been sold to private art collectors in Jamaica and abroad. In 2010 she had her third solo show in Jamaica and was also featured in the Jamaica Sunday Observer.

Kimberley resides in Florida where she creates art full time.
