Acen Patricia Bridget also known as MC Twitch is an Acholi female Ugandan Rapper, B-Girl and a Designer. She was born on the 22nd March 1993 and aged 21 years old. She started her rap career way back in 2006 in her last years of primary school. She was inspired by Da Brat and when she joined high school, she started performing Da Brat's songs.
The name MC Twitch came up when she joined a group of an Afro hip hop group based in Gulu, Northern Uganda, called Bila Wa Movement. This group fuses hiphop with local traditional instruments. She has recorded songs like Swaggana, Its Okay, Ya All Don't Know Me etc. She also did collaborations with Judas and Legend Lu in the song called Keep Knocking and it's her only song with a video.
Being the only female Rapper in Gulu, MC Twitch has encountered very many challenges from people who think that it's inappropriate for a lady to rap. But she is still struggling so hard to inspire the people in the community and the female rappers to come up in the game.
