Ousmane BOUNDAONÉ is a cultural entrepreneur and administrator.

A seasoned cultural administrator, Ousmane Boundaoné holds a Master's degree in Modern Literature, Performing Arts option from the University of Ouagadougou and a Cultural Entrepreneur Certificate from the Africréation Agency in Cotonou.
Administrator and producer of artistic projects in the field of live performance, cinema and visual arts, he has solid practical and theoretical experience acquired in national and international reference structures. For twenty years, he has established himself as one of the resource persons in the implementation of international cultural projects, in the transmission of know-how in the administration of projects, as well as in the field reflection on cultural policies and strategies in Burkina Faso. As such, his collaborations number in the dozens with reference organizations such as the French Institute of Ouagadougou, the CDC-La termitière de Ouagadougou, Jazz à Ouaga, the Imagine Institute, Africalia (Belgium), the Festival d'Avignon (France), the MASA of Abidjan (Ivory Coast), the Afrikamera Festival of Berlin (Germany), the Open Doors Program of the Locarno festival (Switzerland).

Since 2015, he has been Administrative Director of GENERATION FILMS and General Coordinator of OUAGA FILM LAB.
In 2020, he joined the General Delegation of FESPACO (Ouaga), as a consultant, in charge of programs, along with Alex Sawadogo, new General Delegate of FESPACO.
