As long as I've known myself I've always been "arts-y"; drawing, painting and singing always. My love for makeup artistry started around 1999 when I was 15. I had read an article about celebrity makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin and his amazing talent. From then on I knew I wanted to do that for a living.
After high school I moved to London in 2003 at 19, trained at The London School of Beauty and subsequently certified by The International Makeup Association; specializing in makeup for fashion, film, television, stage, photography and bridal.
I love being a makeup artist. I think that there's no more challenging canvas than one that moves, sweats and wrinkles. My job has also allowed me to work with other creative and talented people across many industries and in some strange and wonderful locations.
In 2012 I was certified by Lash Perfect (the market leader in eyelash extension design and training) as an Eyelash Extension Therapist.
