Sophie Abubaker is a Uganda screen actress that started out her film career some time in 2013. She was initiated into the trade during her first major appearance in the television drama series Zubair, a production by renowned duo Ahmed Lubowa and Bosa Sserunkuuma that was popular on Bukedde TV IN 2014. She has since been featured in three other productions, namely: Ekiramo (The Will) directed by Bosa Sserunkuuma; Single and Searching directed by Victor, and most recently Birabwa, a TV drama series on Bukedde TV directed by Farouq Mutebi.
