NATIONAL PUBLISHING AND PRESS OFFICE
The Office National d'Edition et de Presse (ONEP) is an EPIC created by Ordinance No. 89-26 of December 8, 1989. Its main activities are the design, production and distribution of State publications, the daily "Le Sahel" (circulation 3000 copies) and weekly "Sahel-Dimanche" (5000 copies); management of printing and publishing activities; the research and the insertion of the advertising messages in the two publications.
